WATR Monthly Bottle Giveaway - Terms and Conditions

1. Promoter

The promoter of this competition is WATR ("WATR", "we", "us", "our").

2. Eligibility

  • The competition is open to individuals aged 18 years or over.
  • Employees of WATR, their immediate families, agents, or anyone professionally connected with the administration of the competition may not enter.
  • Only one entry per person per calendar month is permitted.
  • Entries must be submitted through the official WATR website entry form.

3. How to enter

To enter, participants must complete the entry form at /competition/refill-revolution and provide:

  • First name
  • Last name
  • Email address
  • Company name

Entry into the competition is free and no purchase is necessary. Entries must be received within the relevant calendar month to be eligible for that month's draw. Entries do not roll over to future months — a new entry must be submitted each month to be included in that month's draw.

4. Prize

  • Ten (10) winners will be selected each calendar month.
  • Each winner will receive one WATR stainless steel bottle.
  • The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable and no cash alternative will be offered.
  • WATR reserves the right to substitute the prize with an alternative of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond its control make this necessary.

5. Winner selection and notification

  • Winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the relevant calendar month.
  • The draw will take place within 14 days of the end of each calendar month.
  • Winners will be contacted using the email address provided on entry.
  • If a winner does not respond within 14 days of notification, WATR reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

6. Delivery of prize

  • Winners may be required to provide a delivery address for fulfilment of the prize.
  • WATR accepts no responsibility for prizes that are lost, delayed or damaged during delivery.

7. Publicity

By entering, winners agree that WATR may announce their first name, surname initial and company name for the purpose of administering and promoting the competition. WATR will not publish further personal information without the winner's consent.

8. Liability

  • WATR accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to technical faults, network issues, computer hardware or software failure, or any other reason beyond its reasonable control.
  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, WATR excludes liability for any loss, damage or injury arising from participation in the competition or acceptance of a prize.

9. Disqualification

WATR reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who:

  • breaches these terms and conditions;
  • provides false or misleading information; or
  • attempts to manipulate or unfairly influence the competition process.

10. Data protection

Personal data supplied during the course of this competition will be processed in accordance with WATR's Privacy Notice and applicable data protection legislation, including the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.

11. General

  • WATR reserves the right to amend, suspend or cancel the competition where necessary due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
  • These terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales.
  • Any disputes arising in connection with the competition shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
